Feeding support is a key part of my services, whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or doing a combination. I’ll help troubleshoot challenges like latching, supply concerns, or reflux, ensuring feeding feels manageable and successful for you and your baby.

I empower parents by offering tips to navigate postpartum hormonal shifts, prioritize self-care, and establish healthy boundaries. You’ll also gain valuable insights into newborn cues, behaviors, and developmental milestones.

To ensure you’re fully supported, I can connect you with trusted local and virtual resources, including lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, and parent support groups. Together, we’ll create a nurturing, informed, and empowering postpartum experience.

  • In-Home or Virtual Postpartum Doula Support: Tailored care for you and your baby, including feeding support, newborn care guidance, and light household help.

  • Emotional Wellness Check-Ins: Regular sessions to discuss how you’re feeling, with resources for managing postpartum emotions and stress.

  • Infant Feeding Assistance: Personalized support for breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or pumping, ensuring your feeding goals are met.

  • Newborn Care Education: Practical tips on diapering, bathing, soothing, and understanding your baby’s cues.

  • Rest & Recovery Support: Assistance with routines to help you get more rest and prioritize your healing.

  • Resource Connection: Access to trusted referrals for lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, or mental health support.

Investment Options: Starting at $40 - $50 per hour

  • Option 1: 6 daytime sessions (4 hours each) – $1,100

  • Option 2: 12 daytime sessions (4 hours each) – $2,199

  • Option 3: 5 overnight sessions (8 hours each) – $2,000

  • Option 4: 10 overnight sessions (8 hours each) – $4,000

Add-Ons:

  • Customized meal prep for postpartum recovery – $200

  • Lactation consultation – $150/session

  • Postpartum fitness and movement session – $100

  • Virtual peer support circle for new moms – $50/session
