About Little Whole Me

This is not traditional care.

Little Whole Me is a private family support company serving Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. We exist to surround growing families with exceptional people, thoughtful guidance, and developmentally informed care from pregnancy through early childhood.

Bringing a new baby home requires more than an extra set of hands. It requires knowledgeable professionals, thoughtful coordination, and a care experience shaped around both your child's development and your family's well-being. We built Little Whole Me because families deserve better than a generic staffing referral, they deserve a team that understands them.

Private, In-Home Care

All support is delivered within the comfort and rhythm of your home. Your family's routines, values, and preferences shape every visit, rather than the other way around.

Developmentally Informed

Every routine, interaction, and recommendation from our team is shaped by an understanding of how infants and young children actually grow, not a one-size-fits-all script. From feeding and sleep to movement, language, and emotional regulation, our caregivers bring intention to daily life.

A Carefully Selected Team

Our professionals are screened, credentialed, thoughtfully matched to each family, and supported through ongoing leadership and communication. We meet regularly as a team so that every caregiver stays current, supported, and aligned with our standard of care.

The Little Whole Me Method

Our approach rests on three pillars: Attachment First, responsive care that helps children feel safe and understood; Daily Rhythm, gentle structure around feeding, sleep, and play; and White-Glove Communication, clear updates and documentation so families always feel informed.
