Postpartum Recovery

Care for the parent, the home, and the emotional transition after birth.

Our postpartum support is built to help you recover, adjust, and feel fully supported in your home. From feeding guidance and newborn care to emotional support and daily rhythm, we provide a steady, trusted presence during one of life's most important transitions.

You don't have to figure this out alone. Your specialist may assist with newborn care, feeding routines, rest, household flow, and the practical needs that make the early weeks feel more manageable.

What's Included

Who This Is For

New parents recovering from vaginal birth or C-section, families welcoming a second or third child and managing sibling transitions, and anyone who wants steady, informed support in the fourth trimester rather than figuring it out solo.

How It Works

We start with a consultation about your recovery, your feeding goals, and your household's rhythm. We match you with a Postpartum Doula or Newborn Care Specialist suited to your needs, and build a care plan around daytime, overnight, or a combination of support.

How soon after birth can support begin?

As early as your first day home. Many families also arrange support in advance of their due date so care is ready to go from day one.

Is this the same as a night nurse?

Postpartum support can include overnight care, but it centers on you as much as your baby, recovery, feeding, and emotional support are core to the visit, not just infant care.

Can support continue for a few months?

Yes. Many families continue postpartum support for 6–12 weeks or longer, tapering the schedule as they find their rhythm.

You don't have to do this alone.
