Terms of Use

Effective Date and Last Updated: July 14, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of littlewholeme.com and the content, forms, resources, and features available through the website. Please review them carefully. When you submit a form or take another action that expressly references these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not submit the form or use the applicable feature.

1. About Little Whole Me

Little Whole Me LLC provides information about newborn care, postpartum support, birth doula support, infant and toddler development, private caregiver placement, family consulting, and related services. Service availability, scope, pricing, staffing, and eligibility are determined separately.

2. Website Information Is General and Educational

Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical, nursing, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. It is not a substitute for evaluation or guidance from your physician, pediatrician, midwife, mental-health professional, emergency provider, or another appropriately licensed professional.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement and provided by a properly licensed professional acting within that professional scope, Little Whole Me's services and website content are nonmedical.

3. Emergencies and Urgent Concerns

Do not use this website, an inquiry form, email, or social media to seek emergency assistance. For a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. For urgent medical, developmental, feeding, postpartum, or mental-health concerns, contact an appropriate licensed provider promptly.

4. No Service Agreement Is Created by Website Use

Visiting the website, submitting an inquiry, scheduling or attending an introductory consultation, communicating with Little Whole Me, or receiving preliminary information does not create a client relationship, caregiver placement, employment relationship, professional-client relationship, or obligation to provide services.

Services begin only after Little Whole Me and the appropriate party complete any required screening, approvals, signed agreement, payment, scheduling, and onboarding steps.

5. Service Availability and Professional Matching

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a particular caregiver, placement, schedule, service outcome, or start date. Little Whole Me may decline, pause, modify, or discontinue an inquiry or service process where appropriate, subject to any signed agreement and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, downloadable resources, service descriptions, methods, designs, The Little Whole Me Method, The Foundations Kit, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Little Whole Me and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print reasonable portions of publicly available website content for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, remove ownership notices from, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or deceptive purposes; submit false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, discriminatory, threatening, or unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, forms, servers, files, or systems; interfere with website operation, security, availability, or other users' access; introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or harmful technology; scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or extract website content or personal information through unauthorized automated means; impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation, or purpose; or use website content to train, develop, or improve an artificial-intelligence system or commercial database without written permission.

8. Information and Materials You Submit

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit. Do not submit information about another person unless you are authorized to do so. Do not submit highly sensitive information through public forms.

By submitting information, you authorize Little Whole Me to use it as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, administer the applicable process, protect the website, and carry out the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Testimonials and Individual Results

Testimonials, reviews, stories, and examples reflect individual experiences. They do not guarantee that another family, client, caregiver, professional, or organization will receive the same result.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. Little Whole Me does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Website Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, or compatible with every device or browser.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, availability, or security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Whole Me and its owners, officers, team members, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to website use, inability to use the website, reliance on website content, third-party services, or unauthorized access to information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Whole Me's total liability for claims arising solely from use of the public website will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars or the amount, if any, you paid directly to Little Whole Me specifically for access to the website during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited and does not replace any liability terms contained in a signed service agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Whole Me and its owners, officers, team members, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs to the extent caused by your unlawful misuse of the website, your material violation of these Terms, or content you submit in violation of another person's rights.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless a signed agreement provides otherwise, and subject to any nonwaivable rights available under applicable law, a legal action arising solely from these Terms or use of the public website must be brought in the state courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. The parties consent to the applicable jurisdiction and venue.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your submission of a form or use of another website feature that expressly references the revised Terms after their effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
