How We Screen Our Team

Every caregiver who joins Little Whole Me completes a background check, reference verification, and a credential review before ever meeting a family. We confirm certifications relevant to their role, such as newborn care, infant CPR, and developmental training, and keep that documentation current.

How We Match

We match caregivers to families based on the family's parenting philosophy, schedule, and specific care needs, not simply availability. A caregiver's experience level and specialty, whether overnight newborn care, multiples, or infant development, are weighed against what each family is looking for.

Ongoing Supervision & Support

Our care team meets regularly to stay aligned on standards, share what they're learning, and support one another. Founder Deyonta B. provides ongoing oversight for every placement, and families always have a direct line to reach us with questions or feedback.
